Our whole hogs are heritage breed pasture raised. $4.00lb hanging weight includes custom processing. Average hanging weight is around 250lbs. Average price for a whole hog is approximately $1000. Whole hogs are available year-round. A nonrefundable deposit of $300 for a whole hog is required. Product comes wrapped in white butcher paper. Finished product can be picked up at any of the farmers markets we attend listed in the Farmers Markets.
