We offer grass fed grass finished angus beef sides. $6.00lb hanging weight includes USDA inspection and custom processing. Average hanging weight is 650-800lbs. Average price for a whole beef is approximately $4200, for a half beef is $2100, and for a front or rear quarter beef is $1100. Beef sides are available year round. A nonrefundable deposit of $1000 for a whole beef is required, $500 for a half beef, and $250 for a quarter beef. Product comes wrapped in white butcher paper. Finished product can be picked up at any of the farmers markets we attend listed in the Farmers Markets.
