You get paid faster and save money not feeding out animals which are ready for market. We also offer more variety of sausages, bacons, and burgers than our competitors. Our processing fee is $1.15lb hanging weight for white paper wrapping. Cryovac packaging is available for an additional charge of 15 cents per bag.
